Does #twitter automatically shorten links?
I frequently feel, in the middle of the day, that I've done reasonably well so far, but don't know how to maintain the momentum until the end of the (working) day. Sometimes, I reckon, that's because I've had a go at the achievable tasks, while leaving the difficult ones until later.
That may be true, to-day. I've registered a macBook for the network (or, in fact, discovered that it was already registered, under an old name). I've investigated what appeared to be a virus infection (but, hopefully, wasn't). I've, so far, avoided deciding what to do next about sci-jet30, and I haven't looked at a user's probably broken laptop. I haven't worked out what to do about a malfunctioning copy of Word on an unmanaged PC (connected to a piece of laboratory equipment). In short, having done what's doable, only what isn't doable remains ...
